I am a massage therapist, bodyworker and postpartum doula, based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, of South Australia.

Allow me to assist you, by blending over 15 years of hands on experience, intuition and ancient wisdom to support you to relax, balance, unwind and connect deeply to your whole being.

I offer appointments from two locations Stirling and Nairne. And an in - home massage and post partum doula service also for mothers post birth.
I am especially passionate about supporting women during their pre and postnatal journey. Knowing that the support a woman has during this time will serve her well for the rest of her life.

Clients regularly see me for Kahuna bodywork sessions which allow both mine and your soul to soar and fly together, navigating into new or forgotten spaces, within both body and mind.
Its rhythmic motion and divine dance, allows for deep relaxation and surrender.

Others enjoy receiving a massage combined with some energy balancing with polarity therapy.
And some just come for polarity on its own!

Ultimately, I am here to provide support to whatever your needs are on the day, and I tailor a treatment specifically for you.
